  Less than 12 months ago I purchase a ford focus which had a minor fault which took 9 months for the dealership to finally repair. The service manager Alastair did everything he could once the issue was escalated. Which I can not fault the service I he provided.
  
  The area manager was aware of the issue but failed to return any of my calls despite the sales team saying he will. Turns out he moved department but they still failed to contact. For all the issues I had during the repair I felt it was necessary to escalated my complaint to another branch. Bath was very helpful and promised that they will ensure someone in the management team at Swindon will contact me. Eventually I had a call and was offered an plan as gesture of goodwill. It was agreed that a follow up email was to be sent to confirm what was agreed and this did not happen and the paperwork to be sent in the post. I have chased this serveral times and now been emailed the documents despite being told they will be sent in the post.
  
  If you purchase a car and it has no issues it is a good place to buy a car. If you do encounter an issue good luck to getting it sorted. Other Allen Ford dealership have good ratings where Swindon as poor. They need to step up their game.

  Bought a second-hand ( 2015 plate) car on14 Oct 17. On driving off had a tyre warning. Turns out the car had a front puncture and a nail in the rear tyre. Promised to get it sorted Mon but had done nothing until I called at 1545. When they said tomorrow I said I would like my money back. All of a sudden it was sorted that night.
  
  They clearly had not checked the car ( rear brake light is not working as well). Very poor service. We will never go to Allen Ford again. If you want a ford then travel further for a more reliable service.
